Avoid aspirin or NSAIDs (such as Advil or Motrin), fish oil, Ginkgo Biloba, St. John's Wort, and high-dose Vitamin E for at least 7–10 days before treatment. Avoid alcohol 48–72 hours before your appointment, and no caffeine the day of treatment.
