What to know before your visit
Drink at least 64 oz of water daily for 2 days prior to treatment. No sun exposure for 2 weeks before. Avoid aspirin or NSAIDs (such as Advil or Motrin) and fish oil for at least 72 hours before treatment. Avoid alcohol 48–72 hours before your appointment. No laser treatments within 4 weeks; no injectables within 2 weeks. Discontinue retinols and other actives 3 days prior.
